本部分规定了金、银、钯合金中镍、锌和锰量的测定方法。
本部分适用于AuCuNiZn、AuCuNiZnMn、AuNiCr、PdAgCuAuPtZn、AuGeNi、AuGeNiCu 和AuNiFeZr合金中镍、锌和锰的测定。测定范围(质量分数):Ni和Zn0.5%~6%、Mn0.01%~0.5%。 本部分代替GB/T15072.15―1994 《贵金属及其合金化学分析方法 金、银、钯合金中镍、锌、锰量的测定》。
本部分与GB/T15072.15―1994相比,主要有如下变动:
―――名称由《贵金属及其合金化学分析方法�步稹⒁�、钯合金中镍、锌、锰量的测定》变更为《贵金属合金化学分析方法 金、银、钯合金中镍、锌和锰量的测定 电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法》;
―――采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法代替原标准使用的火焰原子吸收法;
―――将方法的适用范围由原标准的AuCuNiZnMn18-1.8-0.7-0.03、AuCuNiZn22-2.5-0.7、AuCu�玻危椋冢睿常�-3-1、AuNiCr5-1、AuNiCr5-2、AgCuNiAl20-2-1、PdAgCuAuPtZn30-14-10-10-1 合金扩展到AuCuNiZn(Mn)、AuNiCr、PdAgCuAuPtZn、AuGeNi(Cu)、AuNiFeZr系列合金;其中AuGeNi(Cu)、AuNiFeZr为新增系列;
―――镍的测定范围(质量分数)由1% ~5% 扩展到0.5% ~6%,锌的测定范围(质量分数)由0.5%~1.5% 扩展到0.5%~6%,锰的测定范围(质量分数)由0.01% ~0.05% 扩展到0.01%~0.5%;
―――采用重复性和相对允许差替代原标准使用的允许差。


Scope

This part specifies the method for the determination of nickel, zinc and manganese in gold, silver and palladium alloys. This section applies to the determination of nickel, zinc and manganese in AuCuNiZn, AuCuNiZnMn, AuNiCr, PdAgCuAuPtZn, AuGeNi, AuGeNiCu and AuNiFeZr alloys. Measuring range (mass fraction): Ni and Zn0.5%~6%, Mn0.01%~0.5%.
