《GB/T 15122-1994信息处理系统未记录软磁盘的标志》由TC28（全国信息技术标准化技术委员会）归口，TC28SC23（全国信息技术标准化技术委员会光盘分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了在每张软磁盘(FDC)上标注的识别符，以及未记录软磁盘的包装盒（箱）上标注的最少信息。

Scope

This standard specifies the identifier to be marked on each floppy disk (FDC), and the minimum information to be marked on the box (box) of the floppy disk that is not recorded. The information specified in this standard shall be marked on the packaging box (case) of the floppy disk and the unrecorded floppy disk for identification by the user. The exact type of floppy should be provided on the floppy drive. This information should also be included in the drive and system manuals.
