《GB/T 15159-2008贵金属及其合金复合带材》由TC243(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会)归口,TC243SC5(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会贵金属分会)执行,主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
本标准规定了贵金属及其合金复合带材的要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输、贮存等。
本标准适用于电器、仪表、电子元器件等领域用的以贵金属及其合金为复层材料,以铜或铜合金为基体材料的复合带材。本标准代替GB/T 15159-1994《贵金属及其合金复合带材》。
本标准与原标准相比,主要有如下变动:
―――增加了Ag99.4Ni、Ag94Ni、Ag90Ni、Ag80Pd、Ag75Pd、Ag70Pd、Ag50Pd、Ag65CuZn、Ag45CuZn、Ag95.5CuNi、Ag95CuNi、Ag93.5CuNi、Ag93CuNi、Ag94.5CuZnNi、Ag92.5CuZnNi、Ag90.5CuZnNi、Ag91CuPdNi、Ag90.5CuPdNi、Ag94.5CuPdNi、Ag98.2PdCuZnNi、Ag98SnCeLa、Au60Ag/Ag95.5CuNi、Au60Ag/Ag93.5CuNi、Au60AgCu/Ag94.5CuPdNi、Au59AgCuPd/Au91CuPdNi、Au70CuAgPtNi、Pd35AgCuAuPtZn 等27 个合金牌号。删除了AgCdO 合金牌号;
―――引用了最新的铜合金国家标准;
―――按静触点、动触点复合材料及焊料复合材料对贵金属及其合金复合材料进行了分类,并对动触点提出了较高的尺寸精度要求;
―――采用了更为清楚明了的产品标记;
―――明确了用于复合材料的贵金属及其合金化学成分的规定;

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of precious metals and their alloy composite strips. This standard is applicable to composite strips that use precious metals and their alloys as cladding materials and copper or copper alloys as matrix materials in the fields of electrical appliances, instruments, and electronic components.
