《GB/T 15338-2008炭黑试验方法精密度和偏差的确认》由TC35(全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会)归口,TC35SC5(全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会炭黑分会)执行,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准提供了用具有标准值的ASTM 标准参比炭黑(SRBs)连续监控炭黑试验方法的精密度的方法,也可作为查找各种试验方法存在问题的指南。


Scope

WARNING—Personnel applying this standard should have practical experience in formal laboratory work. This standard does not address all possible safety issues. It is the user's responsibility to take appropriate safety and health measures and ensure compliance with the conditions stipulated in the relevant national laws and regulations. This standard provides a method for continuously monitoring the precision of carbon black test methods using ASTM Standard Reference Blacks (SRBs) with certified values, and can also be used as a guide for finding problems with various test methods. This standard establishes X-chart control limits for continuous monitoring of the test methods listed in Chapter 2. Additionally, these control limits can be used as a basis for comparing the precision of test methods calculated within the laboratory. This standard uses a trend graph approach to detect significant differences between laboratory results and SRBs accepted values. When laboratories cannot physically calibrate their instruments and obtain standard values for ASTM SRBs, this standard provides a statistical method to ensure that the given repeatability values are within the range given by the precision statement of the test method. This standard uses SI units. Values in parentheses are for reference only.
