本标准规定了档案分类标引的基本原则、不同类型和主题的档案分类标引规则,以及档案分类标引工作程序和质量管理。
本标准适用于各级各类档案馆(室)使用《中国档案分类法》对所藏各种类型的档案进行分类标引;适用于编制档案分类目录、索引以及建立档案目录中心和数据库的档案分类标引工作。
Scope
This standard stipulates the basic principles of archives classification and indexing, the rules for archives classification and indexing of different types and subjects, as well as the working procedures and quality management of archives classification and indexing. This standard is applicable to archives (offices) at all levels and types to classify and index various types of archives collected by using the "Chinese Archives Classification Method"; it is applicable to archives that compile archives classification catalogs, indexes, and establish archives catalog centers and databases Classification indexing work.
