《GB/T 15471-1995逻辑分析仪通用技术条件和测试方法》由TC153（全国电子测量仪器标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为工业和信息化部（电子）。
本标准规定了逻辑分析仪的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、储存及外观、安全、功能正常性的检查方法，主要性能的测试方法。本标准适用于3.1条中规定的逻辑分析仪，也适用于具有逻辑插入单或逻辑分析仪的附属装置的测量仪器，个人仪器型的逻辑分析仪可参照本标准。?

1 Subject content and application scope

1.1 Subject content

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules of logic analyzers (hereinafter referred to as “the instrument”) as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage, inspection methods for their appearance, safety, functional normality, and test methods for their main performance.

1.2 Application scope

This standard is applicable to the logic analyzers specified in 3.1 and the measuring instruments for accessory devices with logic insertion units or logic analyzers; logic analyzers for individual instruments may refer to this standard.
