《GB/T 15495-1995电动轮椅车气候试验方法》由TC148（全国残疾人康复和专用设备标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为民政部。
本标准规定了电动轮椅车在室外使用时，雨天对其性能影响的试验方法以及温度变化对其性能影响的试验方法。不包括轮椅车驶过泥潭的情况，也不包括耐腐蚀试验。本标准适用于各种电动轮椅车。
Scope
This standard specifies the test methods for the influence of rainy weather on the performance of electric wheelchairs when they are used outdoors and the test methods for the influence of temperature changes on their performance. It does not include the situation where the wheelchair vehicle drives through the mud, and does not include the corrosion resistance test. This standard applies to all kinds of electric wheelchairs.
