Scope
This standard is used to assign a unique owner header to the owner conforming to the public text of GB/T 14814. It describes the procedures for making allocations and the methods by which registered owner identifiers are constructed from these allocations. It also specifies procedures for the self-assignment of owner headers by standards bodies and other organizations. Note: Examples of registered public texts are given in Appendix A (reference), and further examples can be found in the appendix of GB/T 14814.
