《GB/T 15748-2013船用金属材料电偶腐蚀试验方法》由TC12(全国海洋船标准化技术委员会)归口,TC12SC4(全国海洋船标准化技术委员会船用材料应用工艺分会)执行,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了船用金属材料电偶腐蚀试验的试样制备、试验仪器、试验条件、试验步骤及试验结果的评定方法。
本标准适用于实验室条件下两种不同船用金属在人造海水、天然海水或3.5%的氯化钠溶液中电连接状态下电偶腐蚀试验。对于海洋工程和其他工业设备用金属材料电偶腐蚀试验和现场条件下的电偶腐蚀试验也可参照使用。


Scope

This standard specifies the sample preparation, test equipment, test conditions, test procedures and test result evaluation methods for galvanic corrosion test of marine metal materials. This standard is applicable to the galvanic corrosion test of two different marine metals in artificial seawater, natural seawater or 3.5% sodium chloride solution in the state of electrical connection under laboratory conditions. For the galvanic corrosion test of metal materials used in marine engineering and other industrial equipment and the galvanic corrosion test under field conditions, it can also be used as a reference.
