《GB/T 15753-1995圆弧圆柱齿轮精度》由TC52（全国齿轮标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了圆弧圆柱齿轮及其齿轮副的误差定义、代号、精度等级、齿坯要求、齿轮及其齿轮副的检验与公差、侧隙、图样标注及应注明的尺寸数据。本标准适用于平行轴传动的圆弧圆柱齿轮及其齿轮副。

Scope

This standard stipulates the error definition, code, accuracy grade, gear blank requirements, inspection and tolerance, backlash, drawing mark and dimensional data of circular cylindrical gears and their gear pairs. This standard applies to arcuate cylindrical gears and their gear pairs for parallel shaft transmission. The basic tooth profile of the gear complies with the provisions of GB12759-91 (also applicable to single arc gears conforming to JB929-67), the gear modulus complies with the provisions of GB1840-89, and the normal modulus is equal to 1.5-401nm. When the gear specifications exceed the range listed in this standard: when the normal modulus is greater than 40mm or the diameter of the pitch circle is greater than 4000mm or the effective tooth width is greater than 630mm, it can be handled according to the provisions of Appendix A (Supplement).
