《GB/T 15772-1995水土保持综合治理 规划通则》由332（水利部）归口，主管部门为水利部。
本标准规定了编制水土保持综合治理规划的任务、内容、程序、方法、成果整理等的基本要求。本标准适用于大面积总体规划和小面积实施规划。

Scope

This standard stipulates the basic requirements for the tasks, contents, procedures, methods, results arrangement, etc. of compiling comprehensive management plans for water and soil conservation. This standard applies to large-area overall planning and small-area implementation planning. The former refers to large and medium watersheds or provincial, prefectural, and county-level plans (with an area of several thousand, tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of square kilometers), while the latter refers to small watersheds or township-level plans (with an area of tens to hundreds of square kilometers) kilometer).
