《GB/T 15774-1995水土保持综合治理 效益计算方法》由332(水利部)归口,主管部门为水利部。
本标准规定了水土保持综合治理效益计算的原则、内容和方法。关于水土保持预防、监督的效益将另外制定计算标准。本标准适用于水蚀地区和水蚀交错地区小流域水土保持综合治理的效益计算,同时在大、中流域和不同范围行政单(盛地区、县、乡、村)的水土保持综合治理效益计算中也可采用。本标准对水土保持效益的计算,首先用于弄清治理现状的效益,为治理现状调查和治理成果验收服务;在此基础上,可用于水土保持规划中的效益预测。


Scope

This standard specifies the principles, contents and methods of benefit calculation for comprehensive management of water and soil conservation. The benefits of water and soil conservation prevention and supervision will be formulated separately. This standard is applicable to the calculation of the benefits of comprehensive management of water and soil conservation in water erosion areas and areas where water erosion and wind erosion intersect. can also be used in calculations. The calculation of soil and water conservation benefits in this standard is firstly used to clarify the benefits of the current status of governance, and to serve for the investigation of the status of governance and the acceptance of governance results; on this basis, it can be used for benefit prediction in soil and water conservation planning.
