《GB/T 15865-1995摄像机（PAL/SECAM/NTSC）测量方法 第1部分:非广播单传感器摄像机》由TC242（全国音频、视频及多媒体系统与设备标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为工业和信息化部（电子）。
本标准用于非广播彩色摄像机的性能评价，这种摄像机装有单管或固态摄像器件。本标准规定测试图及测量条件，以便有可能对测量结果进行比较。
Scope
This standard is intended for the performance evaluation of non-broadcast color video cameras incorporating single-tube or solid-state imaging devices. This standard specifies the test chart and the measurement conditions so that it is possible to compare the measurement results. The measurements are designed so that the performance of the camera can be evaluated through the lens input of the unit and any electrical output terminals (eg Y/C and composite signals). This standard does not specify the limit value of various parameters.
