Scope
blank detail specification is a supplementary document to a sectional specification and includes requirements for the format, layout and minimum content of the detail specification. A detail specification that does not comply with these requirements shall not be considered to be an IEC specification nor shall it be called an IEC specification. Article 1.4 of the sub-specifications should be considered when formulating detailed specifications
