本标准规定了放射事故中个人外照射剂量估计的一般原则和基本要求。本标准适用于光子、中子辐射外照事故，不适用于β辐射事故。

Scope

This standard specifies the general principles and basic requirements for personal external exposure dose estimation in radiation accidents. This standard applies to photon and neutron radiation external exposure accidents, not to beta radiation accidents.
