Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining the exhalation rate of radon on the surface of buildings by cumulative adsorption of activated carbon and gamma energy spectrum analysis. This standard applies to the determination of radon exhalation rate on the flat surface of buildings (including building components). The determination of the radon exhalation rate of various soils and rock surfaces can be used as a reference.
