《GB/T 16267-2008包装材料试验方法 气相缓蚀能力》由TC49(全国包装标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准代替GB/T16267―1996《包装材料试验方法 气相缓蚀能力》。本标准规定了气相防锈材料气相缓蚀能力的试验方法。本标准适用于测定气相防锈纸、气相防锈塑料薄膜、气相防锈剂的气相缓蚀能力,其他气相防锈材料的气相缓蚀能力试验可参考本标准。 本标准与GB/T16267―1996相比主要变化如下:
―――增加了气相防锈剂的气相缓蚀能力试验方法;
―――删除了对部分清洗溶剂的要求;
―――增加了对培养箱和干燥箱的规定;
―――增加了用于界定和说明标准内容的有关术语;
―――重新明确了广口瓶、橡皮塞的规格尺寸,增加了玻璃容器和表面皿的要求;
―――修改了对砂纸的要求;
―――重新划分、明确了试验体组装的顺序,并按试样种类不同分别确定相应试验程序;
―――采用相对湿度的要求替代原标准中密度法表示的相对湿度;
―――对试验方法、试验条件和操作方法等方面进行了适当的修改和补充;
―――增加了对缓蚀能力分级,并修改了试验结果评定的方法。


Scope

This standard specifies the test method for the gas phase corrosion inhibition ability of gas phase antirust materials. This standard is applicable to the determination of vapor phase corrosion inhibition ability of vapor phase antirust paper, vapor phase antirust plastic film and vapor phase antirust agent. The vapor phase corrosion inhibition ability test of other vapor phase antirust materials can refer to this standard.
