《GB/T 16507.4-2013水管锅炉 第4部分:受压元件强度计算》由TC262(全国锅炉压力容器标准化技术委员会)归口,TC262SC1(全国锅炉压力容器标准化技术委员会锅炉分会)执行,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
GB/T16507的本部分规定了水管锅炉受压元件的强度计算方法、材料的设计许用应力和确定元件最高允许工作压力的验证方法。
本部分适用于GB/T16507.1范围界定的水管锅炉的受压元件,包括锅筒筒体、集箱筒体、管子、锅炉范围内的管道、凸形封头、平端盖及盖板和三通等异形元件。


This part of GB/T 16507 specifies the strength calculation of pressure parts used in water-tube boilers and the designed permissible stress of materials, and determines the method for verifying the maximum permissible working pressure of parts.
This part is applicable to the pressure parts of water-tube boilers defined in GB/T 16507.1, including boiler drum, header drum, tube, pipeline within the range of boiler, convex head, flat lid and cover plate, tee joint and other non-rectangular components.
