《GB/T 16508-1996锅壳锅炉受压元件强度计算》由TC262(全国锅炉压力容器标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了由低碳钢或低碳锰钢焊制的有烟管和(或)炉胆的固定式锅壳锅炉受压件和铸铁锅炉受压件的强度计算方法与有关结构规定。本标准适用于额定蒸汽压力不大于2.5MPa的蒸汽锅炉及额定出水压力不小于0.1MPa的热水锅炉,但额定出水压力小于0.1MPa的热水锅炉也可参照使用。锅炉的设计、制造、安装、使用、修理、改造应符合国家现行的《蒸汽锅炉安全技术监察规程》、《热水锅炉安全技术监察规程》、有关锅炉制造技术条件及其他有关国家标准。


1.1 This standard stipulates strength calculation methods and relevant structure regulation of pressure components for fixed type shell boilers and cast iron boilers with fire tube and (or) furnace pipe welded by soft steel or low-carbon manganese steel.
1.2 This standard is applicable to steam boilers with rated steam-pressure no larger than 2.5 MPa and hot water boilers with rated water outlet pressure be no less than 0.1 MPa, but hot water boilers with rated water outlet pressure less than 0.1 MPa may be used as reference.
1.3 Design, manufacture, installation, usage, repair, and rebuild of boilers shall confirm to current national regulations "supervision regulation of security technology for steam boilers", "supervision regulation of security technology for hot water boilers,” relevant boiler-making technical conditions, and other relevant national standard.
