本标准规定了用测量表面振动来确定机器表面振动所辐射的空气声功率的测量方法。本标准仅适用于由封闭固体结构表面振动辐射噪声的情况,而不适用于由空气动力产生噪声的情况。本标准所规定的方法主要适用于稳态声源。
Scope
This standard specifies a method of measurement for determining the airborne sound power radiated by machine surface vibrations by measuring surface vibrations. This method is especially applicable to those basic standards or professional standards for measuring machine noise by sound pressure method according to GB 3767, GB 3768, GB 6881, GB 6882, GB 10069, etc. because of high background noise or other environmental influences. When measuring air noise directly and accurately. This standard applies only to the case of vibration radiated noise from the surface of a closed solid structure, not to the case of noise generated by aerodynamic forces. The method specified in this standard is mainly applicable to steady-state sound sources. Guidelines for calculating emissivity coefficients are given in Appendix D. The selection of recommended frequency bands is given in Appendix E. The procedure specified in this standard allows the determination of the sound power radiated by vibrations of the entire machine structure by measuring the vibrations of various parts of the surface. The accuracy of the results of determination of A-weighted sound power level in this standard is grade 2, and the uncertainty of the measurement method is not greater than 2dB. When the acoustic radiation index is unknown and the theoretical value is used for measurement, the accuracy of the measurement result should reach at least level 3, otherwise the method of this standard should not be used.
