《GB/T 16617-1996设备及管道保冷效果的测试与评价》由TC20(全国能源基础与管理标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了保冷结构表面温度及冷损失量的几种测试方法、测试工作的各项要求、测试组织工作及准备工作、数据处理方法、测试误差、保冷效果评价方法及测试报告编制的内容。本标准适用于一般工业部门外表面温度在常温以下至-196℃的设备、管道及其附件和有关仪表的保冷效果的测试与评价。本标准不适用于建筑、冷库、国防或科研以及某些有特殊要求的保冷效果的测试与评价。


Scope

This standard specifies several test methods for the surface temperature and cold loss of cold-insulation structures, various requirements for test work, test organization and preparation work, data processing methods, test errors, cold-insulation effect evaluation methods, and the content of test reports. This standard is applicable to the test and evaluation of the cold insulation effect of equipment, pipelines and their accessories, and related instruments whose outer surface temperature is below normal temperature to -196°C in general industrial sectors. This standard does not apply to the testing and evaluation of construction, cold storage, national defense or scientific research, and certain cold insulation effects with special requirements.
