本标准根据ISO3384:2005重新起草。本标准代替GB/T13643—1992《硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶 压缩应力松弛的测定 环状试样》和GB/T1685—1982《硫化橡胶在常温和高温下压缩应力松弛的测定》。本标准规定了硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶在规定的试验温度下压缩到并保持在一恒定应变状态下作用力降低的两种测定方法。本标准与GB/T13643—1992和GB/T1685—1982相比,主要变化如下:
———增加了引言(本版的引言);
———删除了环状试样试验方法中的C 法(GB/T13643—1992的6.5);
———试验方法作了新的规定(GB/T13643—1992的6、GB/T1685—1982的5);
———调整了压缩装置及测量装置的规定(GB/T1685—1982、GB/T13643—1992的3;本版的5);
———增加了试样的热调节和机械调节的要求(本版的6.5);
———增加了精密度和试验报告的内容(本版的10、11)


Scope

This standard specifies two methods for the determination of the force reduction of vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic rubber when it is compressed to and maintained at a constant strain at a specified test temperature. The sample is divided into two types: cylindrical and annular. Different sample sizes and shapes give different test results, and only samples with the same shape and size can be compared. Ring test specimens are particularly suitable for determining stress relaxation in liquid environments. This standard does not specify tests below standard laboratory temperatures. This method can be used for low temperature tests, but the reliability of the test results has not been confirmed.
