《GB/T 16890.4-1997水路客运服务质量要求内河客船》由348（交通运输部）归口，主管部门为交通运输部。
本标准规定了内河客船的有关设备设施配备、服务、安全、卫生、餐饮等服务质量要求。本标准适用于江、河、湖、库区等水域的客船(包括客货船)。不适用于长江干线客船、涉外游览船、高速客船的游览船。

Scope

This standard stipulates the quality requirements for equipment and facilities, service, safety, sanitation, catering and other services of inland passenger ships. This standard applies to passenger ships (including passenger and cargo ships) in rivers, rivers, lakes, reservoirs and other waters. It is not applicable to passenger ships on the main line of the Yangtze River, foreign-related cruise ships, high-speed passenger ships and cruise ships.
