Scope

This standard specifies the structure, type size, technical requirements, installation adjustment, quality inspection, coating and marking of standard gauge railway electric locomotive upper gauge (hereinafter referred to as electric locomotive upper gauge). This standard applies to the design and manufacture of upper limit gauges for electric locomotives.
