《GB/T 16970-1997信息技术 信息交换用只读光盘 存储器（CD-ROM）的盘卷和文卷结构》由TC28（全国信息技术标准化技术委员会）归口，TC28SC23（全国信息技术标准化技术委员会光盘分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了在信息处理系统中用户间进行信息交换时，只读光盘存储器(CD-ROM)上的盘卷结构和文卷结构。本标准规定：――卷和记录在卷上的描述符的属性；――卷集的卷之间关系；――文卷的位置；――文卷的属性；――准备用于程序的输入、输出数据流的记录结构，这些数据流需要组织为记录集合；――媒体交换的三重嵌套级别；――执行过程的二重嵌套；――对信息处理系统提供的处理要求，使不同系统之间能进行信息交换，并使用已记录的CD-ROM作为交换媒体。

Scope
