《GB/T 17213.4-2015工业过程控制阀 第4部分：检验和例行试验》由TC124（全国工业过程测量控制和自动化标准化技术委员会）归口，TC124SC1（全国工业过程测量控制和自动化标准化技术委员会温度、流量、机械量、物位、显示仪表、执行器和结构装置分会）执行，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
GB/T17213的本部分规定了按照 GB/T17213其他各部分制造的控制阀的检验和例行试验要求。
本部分仅适用于压力等级不超过 PN420(2500级)的控制阀。对执行机构的要求仅适用于气动执行机构。
本部分不适用于在放射性工作环境、防火试验环境或其他危险工作环境中使用的各类控制阀。如果涉及危险工作环境的有关标准与本部分相矛盾时,应以该标准为准。
注:通过买方和制造商之间的协商,本标准可适用于更高的压力等级。
Scope
This part of GB/T17213 specifies the inspection and routine test requirements for control valves manufactured in accordance with other parts of GB/T17213. This section is only applicable to the control min whose pressure level does not exceed PN420 (2500 level). The requirements for actuators apply only to pneumatic actuators. This section does not apply to various control valves used in radioactive working environments, fire test environments or other hazardous working environments. If the relevant standards involving hazardous working environments conflict with this part, the standards shall prevail. Note: Through negotiation between the buyer and the manufacturer, this standard can be applied to higher pressure ratings.
