GB/T 17213的本部分旨在使响应直行程运动的各种定位器能直接地或利用一个过渡支架安装于控制阀的执行机构上。本部分适用于各种执行机构和定位器要求互换的场合。下列内容对本部分的适用范围作了规定,可作为制造商和用户的使用指南。――标准化安装方式仅适用于安装在执行机构侧面的定位器。――标准化安装方式一般仅适用于行程在10 mm~]00 mm之间的执行机构。――标准化安装方式用于三种基本型式的执行机构(见图1):a) 用某种铸件或装配式支架将其动力部件同阀相连接的执行机构;b) 用某种中心管支架将其动力部件同阀相连接的执行机构;c) 用装有两根或多根立柱的支架将其动力部件同阀相连接的执行机构。
Scope
This part of GB/T 17213 is intended to enable various positioners that respond to linear motion to be mounted directly or using a filter bracket on the actuator of the control valve. This section applies to occasions where various actuators and positioners are required to be interchanged. The following content defines the scope of application of this section and can be used as a guide for manufacturers and users. ——The standardized installation method is only applicable to the positioner installed on the side of the actuator. ——Standardized installation methods are generally only applicable to actuators with strokes between 10mm and 100mm. ——Standardized installation methods are used for three basic types of actuators (see Figure 1): a) actuators whose power components are connected to the valve with some kind of casting or fabricated bracket; b) with some kind of central pipe bracket The actuator whose power part is connected with the valve; c) the actuator whose power part is connected with the valve by a bracket equipped with two or more columns.
