《GB/T 17216-1998人防工程平时使用环境卫生标准》由361（国家卫生健康委员会）归口，主管部门为国家卫生健康委员会。
本标准规定了全国人防工程平时使用的环境卫生标准。本标准适用于平时功能为地下旅馆(含招待所、宾馆等)、地下商尝地下舞厅（含游艺厅、音乐茶座、多功能厅等)、地下影剧院(含音乐厅、录像厅、会堂等)、地下餐厅及地下医院等六类人防工程。

1 Scope

This standard specifies hygienic standards for peacetime utilization of civil air defence works nationwide.
This standard is applicable to six categories of civil air defence works for peacetime functions such as underground hotels (including rest houses and guest houses), underground shopping centres, underground dance halls (including game houses, music cafè and function rooms), underground movie theaters (including music halls, video halls and assembly halls), underground dining rooms and underground hospitals.
