本标准规定了加工制作中华人民共和国国旗所用的棉布、丝绸、涤纶、晴纶、锦纶类织物的品种、规格、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装和标志。本标准适用于加工、制作国旗时鉴定所用织物的质量。
Scope
This standard specifies the varieties, specifications, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and signs of cotton, silk, polyester, acrylic, and nylon fabrics used for processing and making the national flag of the People's Republic of China. This standard is applicable to identify the quality of fabrics used in processing and making national flags.
