《GB/T 17488-2008液压滤芯 利用颗粒污染物测定抗流动疲劳特性》由TC3(全国液压气动标准化技术委员会)归口,TC3SC4(全国液压气动标准化技术委员会液压污染控制分会)执行,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了测定液压传动滤芯抗流动疲劳特性的试验方法。通过向试验系统添加特定的颗粒污染物,使滤芯达到预定的最大压差,并使滤芯在始终一致的交变流量下进行抗疲劳试验。
本标准建立了一种统一的方法,用以确定滤芯抵御由流量波动引起其压差交替变化而造成损坏的能力。


Scope

This standard specifies the test method for determining the anti-flow fatigue characteristics of hydraulic transmission filter elements. By adding specific particulate contaminants to the test system, the filter element is subjected to a predetermined maximum differential pressure, and the filter element is subjected to a fatigue test at a consistent alternating flow rate. This standard establishes a uniform method for determining the ability of filter elements to resist damage caused by alternating pressure differentials caused by flow fluctuations.
