《GB/T 17494-1998马传染性贫血病间接ELISA技术规程》由TC181（全国动物卫生标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为农业农村部。
本标准规定了马传染性贫血病间接ELISA技术规程的测定原理、仪器设备、试剂、配制溶液、操作步骤、结果判定。本标准适用于检测马血清中的马传贫疫毒抗体。可用于生产和经营马匹者对未注射马传贫疫苗马匹的检疫，马传贫病马的定性；也可用于对注射马传贫疫苗马匹的免疫状态进行测定。

Scope

This standard stipulates the determination principle, equipment, reagents, preparation solution, operation steps and result judgment of the indirect ELISA technical regulation for equine infectious anemia. This standard is applicable to the detection of EPIV antibody in horse serum, and can be used for the quarantine of horses that have not been injected with EPI vaccine by horse producers and dealers, and the characterization of EPI disease horses; it can also be used for the injection of EPI The immune status of the vaccinated horses was determined.
