《GB/T 17554.2-2015识别卡测试方法第2部分：带磁条的卡》由TC28（全国信息技术标准化技术委员会）归口，TC28SC17（全国信息技术标准化技术委员会卡及身份识别安全设备分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
GB/T17554的本部分规定了符合 GB/T14916―2006所定义识别卡特性的一些测试方法。每一个测试方法交叉引用一个或多个基本标准,这些基本标准可以是 GB/T14916―2006,也可以是一个或多个定义了在识别卡应用中使用的信息存储技术的补充标准。

Scope

This part of GB/T 17554 specifies some test methods that meet the characteristics of identification cards defined in GB/T 14916-2006. Each test method cross-references one or more basic standards, which can be GB/T 14916-2006, or one or more supplementary standards that define information storage technologies used in identification card applications. This section defines test methods specific to magnetic stripe technology.
