《GB/T 17564.1-2005电气元器件的标准数据元素类型和相关分类模式 第1部分:定义-原则和方法》由TC27(全国电气信息结构、文件编制和图形符号标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
GB/T17564《电气器件的标准数据素类型和相关分类模式》分为5个部分:第1部分:定义――原则和方法;第2部分:EXPRESS字典模式;第3部分:维护和认证的程序;第4部分:IEC标准数据素类型、器件分类和项的基准集;第5部分:EXPRESS字典模式扩展”。本部分为GB/T 17564的第1部分。本部分等同采用IEC 61360-1:2004《电气器件的标准数据素类型和相关分类模式定义――原则和方法》(英文版)。


Scope

This section provides a solid basis for clearly defining the typical characteristics (types of data elements) of all components of electrical technology from basic components to assemblies and complete systems. Originally intended to provide the basis for information exchange on electronic/electrical components, the principles and methods of this part can be used in a wider range of fields, such as: components, assemblies and electrical technical coefficients and sub-factors. In addition, this standard provides for the establishment of classification hierarchies and the assignment of appropriate and relevant properties to each class so established in order to adequately describe the properties of objects belonging to that class. Use of this standard facilitates the description of data exchange for electrical technical coefficients by defining a structure for information exchanged in a computer-readable form. Each property exchanged has an unambiguously defined meaning and consistent naming, as well as an associated list of defined values, defined format, and defined units of measurement for all quantitative values. It also specifies: - control of changes to property definitions by version and revision number; - includes notes and comments that clarify and help define the application; - indicate the source of definitions and lists of values; - associated figures and formulas.
