Scope
This standard specifies the mechanical parameters and characteristics of small VHS video cassettes. With the aid of the small VHS cassette adapter (see Appendix B), the small video cassette can be used like an ordinary VHS video cassette to record and replay video signals in a system that complies with the GB/T 7399 standard.
