《GB/T 17637-1998土工布及其有关产品 拉伸蠕变和拉伸蠕变断裂性能的测定》由TC209（全国纺织品标准化技术委员会）归口，TC209SC7（全国纺织品标准化技术委员会产业用纺织品分会）执行，主管部门为中国纺织工业联合会。
本标准规定了测定土工布及其有关产品的拉伸蠕变和拉伸蠕变断裂性能的方法。本标准适用范围限于：由于其过早毁坏或由于其蠕变影响了在结构中的加强作用而可能造成结构塌陷的产品。由于该试验耗时长，且步骤复杂，因此建议不作为日常质量控制试验。

Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining the tensile creep and tensile creep rupture properties of geotextiles and related products. The scope of this standard is limited to products that may cause structural collapse due to their premature failure or due to their creep affecting the reinforcement in the structure. Due to the time-consuming and complicated steps of this test, it is recommended as a routine quality control test.
