GB/T 17641—2017 Geosynthetics Split Film Woven Geotextile is a national standard of the People's Republic of China, which aims to standardize the product classification, specifications and codes, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, storage and transportation, and marking of split film woven geotextiles. Split film yarn woven geotextiles are divided into polypropylene, polyethylene, etc. according to raw materials, and their code is SWG-PP-80-4 (as shown in the example). Nominal breaking strength is the core indicator, reflecting the tensile properties of the material.

2. Technical requirements and test methods

Table 1 Basic Technical Requirements specifies key indicators such as warp and weft breaking strength, bursting strength, and unit area mass deviation rate in detail. For example, a product with a nominal breaking strength of 80 kN/m must have a tearing strength of more than 0.86 kN in the warp and weft directions.

3. Inspection rules and judgment standards

Inspection rules include batch regulations, sampling methods, and result judgments. The internal quality must meet the requirements of Table 1, and the appearance quality must control the number of minor defects and the occurrence of major defects.
