Scope

1.1 This part of GB/T 17780 specifies the corresponding safety requirements for the common hazards of textile machinery and the hazards of related parts included in GB/T 17780.2~17780.7. 1.2 This standard applies to machinery and related equipment used in the textile industry for the following purposes: - opening, cleaning, mixing and carding of fibers (short and filament) and other raw materials into yarn or non-woven fabrics (including felts) , combing preparation, spinning and other processes; - Yarn winding, doubling, twisting, texturing, etc., and yarn preparation processes before weaving and knitting; - Weaving, knitting, lace forming fabrics Weaving and other similar processes; - weaving of belts, ropes, cables, ropes, twines, nets, etc., except for winding frames of rope twisting machines; - pretreatment of fibres, yarns, fabrics, braided tapes, ropes, etc. , bleaching, dyeing, printing and finishing and factory assembly; - piece dyeing of finished products; - finishing of warp knitting and weft knitting, including hosiery, but excluding sewing (i.e. sewing) of finished products; - machine weaving, Tufting and other processes for producing carpets. This section applies to all textile machinery and equipment in the production process listed above, including equipment that enables automatic operation of unit machines or combined machines, such as fiber air conveying equipment, but does not include transport devices between machines. GB/T 17780 does not involve specific requirements for pressure vessels. 1.3 The hazards mentioned in this section and other sections are limited to the transportation, assembly, adjustment, use, maintenance, disassembly, disassembly and handling of the machine. Manual loading and unloading is also part of the normal operation of the machine. 1.4 GB/T 17780 does not apply to the following machinery and related equipment: - production of filament and man-made fibers, including forming primary finished products (such as filament bobbins, staple fiber bales); - carding of flax and similar raw materials; - Production of spun-bonded and melt-blown nonwovens; - Sewing of garments, household and industrial textiles, needle punching and rolling of nonwovens; - Washing and dry cleaning of textile products; - Textile machinery Maintenance (such as comb maintenance equipment, cleaning of printing machine components); - certain cutting devices, such as wood cutting devices, laser cutting, high-pressure water guns, ultrasonic devices. Note: The machinery and equipment in Appendix E are used in the textile industry, but are not included in the scope of this section. 1.5 This part and other parts of GB/T 17780 do not apply to machinery used in potentially explosive atmospheres. 1.6 This part and other parts are not applicable to machines manufactured before the release of GB/T 17780.1~17780.7.
