《GB/T 17816-1999饲料中总抗坏血酸的测定邻苯二胺荧光法》由TC76（全国饲料工业标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了用邻苯二胺荧光法测定饲料中总抗坏血酸的方法。本标准适用于单一饲料、配合饲料、预混料及浓缩饲料。不适用以酯化抗坏血酸形式添加的各种饲料中抗坏血酸的测定。在最终提取液中抗坏血酸最小检出限为0.022μg/mL。

Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of total ascorbic acid in feed by o-phenylenediamine fluorescence method. This standard applies to single feed, compound feed, premix and concentrated feed. Not applicable to the determination of ascorbic acid added in various feedstuffs in the form of esterified ascorbic acid. The minimum detection limit of ascorbic acid in the final extract was 0.022μg/mL.
