《GB/T 17919-2008粉尘爆炸危险场所用收尘器防爆导则》由TC288（全国安全生产标准化技术委员会）归口，TC288SC5（全国安全生产标准化技术委员会粉尘防爆分会）执行，主管部门为应急管理部。
本标准代替GB/T 17919-1999《粉尘爆炸危险场所用收尘器防爆导则》。
本标准规定了粉尘爆炸危险场所用收尘器的防爆要求。
本标准适用于粉尘爆炸危险场所用收尘器的设计、安装、使用与维护。
本标准不适用于矿山井下、烟花爆竹及民用爆炸器材生产场所。
本标准与GB/T 17919-1999相比，主要做了如下改变：
―――替换了已经废除的引用标准；
―――修改了一些相关技术参数。

1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements on the dust explosion protection for dust collectors in dust explosion hazardous area.
This standard is applicable to the design, installation, application and maintenance of dust collectors in dust explosion hazardous area.
This standard is not applicable to the underground parts of mines as well as the production areas of fireworks and crackers and civil explosion equipments and materials.
