本标准规定了核设施运行和退役产生的,拟再循环、再利用或作非放射性废物处置的固体物质的放射性活度测量的原则和方法。本标准适用于核设施运行和退役产生的,拟再循环、再利用或作非放射性废物处置的固体物质的放射性活度测量,以判明这些物质是否符合发布的清洁解控标准。其他来源的,拟再循环、再利用或作非放射性废物处置的固体物质的放射性活度测量,可参照本标准执行。本标准不适用于一般意义的放射性废物。


Scope

This standard specifies the principles and methods for measuring the radioactive activity of solid materials produced during the operation and decommissioning of nuclear facilities and intended to be recycled, reused or disposed of as non-radioactive waste. This standard is applicable to the measurement of the radioactive activity of the solid materials produced by the operation and decommissioning of nuclear facilities, which are intended to be recycled, reused or disposed of as non-radioactive waste, so as to determine whether these materials meet the released standards for cleanliness and control. For other sources, the measurement of radioactive activity of solid materials intended to be recycled, reused or disposed of as non-radioactive waste can refer to this standard. This standard does not apply to general radioactive waste.
