Introduction
Standard Evolution and Scope of Application
This standard replaces GB/T 1796.7-2009, adds 12 types of parts such as B02C, B10C-B14C, and expands the tooth form tolerance requirements for M5 external threads. It is applicable to the production and inspection of various tire valve parts, covering 7 major components such as gaskets, O-rings, nuts, etc.

Specifications for key components
Technical requirements for sealing gaskets
Take B07C type gasket as an example: outer diameter 14mm, height 4.5mm, rubber material must pass ozone resistance test (no cracks). Compared with ISO 9413:2012, 3 new Japanese JATMA corresponding models such as PVG4 are added.

Inspection rule upgrade
Adopt GB/T 2828.1-2012 sampling standard, key changes:
- Corrosion resistance is listed as Class B inspection item (AQL 4.0)
- Added a special inspection form for screws (Table 7)
- The sealing pressure of the protective cap is increased to 1400kPa
Implementation suggestions
- Material selection: Metal parts need to be treated with anti-corrosion, and the storage period of rubber parts is ≤6 months
- Process control: Focus on monitoring the thread size (medium diameter tolerance ±0.03mm)
- Test verification: Special equipment is required for the new salt spray test
