《GB/T 17980.21-2000农药田间药效试验准则（一）杀菌剂防治禾谷类种传病害》由326（农业农村部）归口，主管部门为农业农村部。
本标准适用于杀菌剂防治小麦、大麦、燕麦种传病害的登记用田间药效小区试验及药效评价。其他田间药效试验参照本标准执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the methods and basic requirements for field trials of fungicides to control the following cereal seed-borne diseases: wheat smut (Tilletia caries), wheat light smut (Tilletia foetida), wheat loose smut ( Ustilago tritici), wheat stem smut (Urocystis tritici), wheat root rot [Bipolaris sorokiniana (asexual generation); Cochliobolus sativus (sexual generation)], wheat snow mold leaf blight [Gerlachia nivalis (asexual generation); Monograghella nevalis (sexual generation)], barley loose smut (Ustilago nuda), barley hard smut (Ustilago hordei), barley net spot disease [Helminthosporium teres (asexual generation); Pyrenophoya teres (sexual generation)], oats Loose smut (Ustilago avenae), Oat root smut (Ustilago levis). This standard is applicable to the field efficacy plot test and efficacy evaluation of fungicides for the control of wheat, barley, and oat seed-borne diseases. Other field efficacy tests shall be carried out with reference to this standard.
