《GB/T 17984-2000麻花钻 技术条件》由TC91（全国刀具标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了普通级麻花钻和精密级麻花钻的尺寸、材料和硬度、外观和表面粗糙度、标志和包装的技术要求。本标准适用于按GB/T6135.1～6135.5和GB/T1438.1～1438.4用各种工艺制造的麻花钻(但轧制工艺不适于制造精密级麻花钻)，根据供需双方协议，其他麻花钻也可参照采用。本标准不适用于木工钻和自制自用麻花钻。
Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements for size, material and hardness, appearance and surface roughness, marking and packaging of common grade twist drills and precision grade twist drills. This standard applies to twist drills manufactured by various processes according to GB/T 6135.1~6135.5 and GB/T 1438.1~1438.4 (but the rolling process is not suitable for manufacturing precision grade twist drills). According to the agreement between the supplier and the buyer, other twist drills can also be used. Refer to adopt. This standard does not apply to woodworking drills and self-made twist drills.
