《GB/T 18141-2000信息技术 130 mm一次写入多次读出磁光盒式光盘的信息交换》由TC28（全国信息技术标准化技术委员会）归口，TC28SC23（全国信息技术标准化技术委员会光盘分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了下述内容：--基本概念的定义；--性能测试的环境；--盒式光盘的操作、储存环境；--盘盒和盘片的机械、物理特性和几何尺寸；--盘片一次初始化、信息一次记录多次读出的磁光特性和记录特性，以便在数据处理系统之间提供物理交换性；--道和扇区的物理格式、纠错码、记录的调制方法和记录信号的特性。

This standard stipulates the following contents: --Definition of basic concepts; --Environment of performance test; --Operation and storage environment of disc cartridge; - The magneto-optical characteristics and recording characteristics of one-time initialization of the disk, one-time recording and multiple reading of information, so as to provide physical interchangeability between data processing systems; --The physical format of the track and sector, the error correction code, and the modulation of the recording Methods and properties of recorded signals.
