《GB/T 18149-2000离心泵、混流泵和轴流泵 水力性能试验规范 精密级》由TC211（全国泵标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了离心泵、混流泵和轴流泵的精密级性能试验。本标准对所使用的术语和量进行定义并规定了试验的一般要求。它还规定了各个特性量的精密级测量方法以便确定出泵的性能，从而为与合同规定的性能相比较提供依据。本标准规范不包括泵的结构细节和零部件的机械性能。本标准也不规定纯属合同条款的制造容差。

Scope

This standard specifies precision level performance tests for centrifugal pumps, mixed flow pumps and axial flow pumps. This International Standard defines the terms and quantities used and specifies general requirements for testing. It also stipulates the precise measurement method of each characteristic quantity in order to determine the performance of the pump, so as to provide a basis for comparison with the performance stipulated in the contract. The scope of this standard does not cover the construction details of pumps and the mechanical properties of parts. This standard also does not prescribe manufacturing tolerances which are purely contractual terms.
