《GB/T 18290.4-2000无焊连接第4部分:不可接触无焊绝缘位移连接一般要求、试验方法和使用导则》由TC166（全国电子设备用机电元件标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为工业和信息化部（电子）。
本标准适用于按第三篇进行试验和测量时是不可接触的ID连接，而且这种连接是：――设计合适的ID接端；――具有实心圆导体（标称直径为0.25mm至3.6mm）的导线；――具有绞合导体（截面0.05mm2至10mm2）的导线。这种连接用于通信设备或采用类似技术的电子设备中。

Scope

This standard applies to ID connections that are inaccessible when tested and measured according to Part 3, and which are: ----designed with a suitable ID terminal; ----have a solid round conductor (nominal diameter of 0.25mm to 3.6mm) wires; ---- wires with stranded conductors (with a cross-section of 0.05 mm2 to 10 mm2); this connection is used in communication equipment and electronic equipment using similar technology. In addition, in order to obtain a stable electrical connection under the specified environmental conditions, in addition to the test procedures, this standard also specifies some empirical data based on actual industrial use.
