本标准规定了采用介电常数法测定车用汽油辛烷值(相当于GB/T 5487规定的研究法辛烷值)的步骤、试验条件及操作细则。适用于车用汽油辛烷值快速测定。


Scope

This standard specifies the procedures, test conditions and operating rules for determining the octane number of motor gasoline by the dielectric constant method (equivalent to the research method octane number specified in GB/T 5487). It is suitable for rapid determination of octane number of gasoline used in vehicles.
