《GB/T 18384.2-2015电动汽车 安全要求 第2部分:操作安全和故障防护》由TC114(全国汽车标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为工业和信息化部。
GB/T18384的本部分针对电动汽车所特有的危险规定了操作安全和故障防护的要求,以保护车辆内外的人员的安全。
本部分适用于车载驱动系统的最大工作电压是 B级电压的电动汽车。电动摩托车和电动轻便摩托车可参照执行。
本部分不适用于非道路车辆,例如物料搬运车和叉车。
本部分不适用于混合动力电动汽车的内燃机系统。
本部分不适用于指导电动汽车的装配、维护和修理。
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 18384 specifies the requirements for operational safety means and protection against failures related to hazards specific to electrically propelled road vehicles, for the protection of persons inside and outside the vehicle.
This part is applicable to the electrically propelled road vehicles whose maximum working voltage of on-board propulsion system is voltage class B. Electric motorcycles and electric mopeds may also refer to the provisions of this part.
This part is not applicable to vehicles not primarily intended as road vehicles, such as material handling trucks and forklifts.
This part is not applicable to internal combustion engine system of hybrid electric vehicles.
This part does not provide comprehensive safety information for manufacturing, maintenance and repair personnel of electrically propelled road vehicles.
