I. Background and significance of standard formulation
GB/T 18624-2007 replaces the old version of GB18624-2002. The main revisions include:
- Relevant names are revised in accordance with the "Geographical Indication Product Protection Regulations" promulgated by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine;
- Changed from mandatory to recommended standards;
- In accordance with the current national standards for Luzhou-flavor liquor, some index values of physical and chemical indicators and trace component ratios are adjusted.
The formulation of this standard fully considers the characteristics of Shuijingfang Liquor's combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern technology to ensure product quality and brand protection.
