《GB/T 18700.1-2002远动设备和系统 第6部分:与ISO标准和ITU-T建议兼容的远动协议 第503篇:TASE.2服务和协议》由TC82（全国电力系统管理及其信息交换标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电力企业联合会。
本标准在安全遵从ISO协议栈的基础上，详细规定了控制中心间通过广域网和局域网交换实时数据的方法。它对集中式或分布式的体系结构均可提供支持。本标准覆盖的交换数据包括实时数据信号、控制操作、时间序列数据、调节计划、电能结算信息、远方程序控制和事件通知等多种类型。
Scope
On the basis of fully complying with the ISO protocol stack, this standard specifies in detail the method for exchanging real-time data between control centers through WAN and LAN. It supports both centralized and distributed architectures. The exchange data covered by this standard includes real-time data signals, control operations, time series data, scheduling plans, energy settlement information, remote program control, and event notifications. Although the original intention of TASE.2 is to provide a data exchange method between control centers, its use is not limited to this, and it can be applied to other fields with similar requirements, such as: power plants, factory automation, process control automation, etc. This International Standard does not specify specific implementations or products, nor does it place restrictions on the implementation and interfaces of entities within a computer system. This standard specifies the implemented externally visible functions and their conformance requirements.
